We're partnering with Sitka Salmon Shares and Table Wine to bring you a selection of gorgeous dishes featuring sustainably-caught seafood from Southeastern Alaska, each served with a wine pairing!
- Sockeye braised in pinot noir with mushrooms and bacon, served with creamy polenta
- Pan-roasted coho with shallot-tarragon compound butter
- Miso-glazed black cod, served with stir-fried bok choy
Bowen Appétit cooking classes are fun, educational, hands-on sessions focused on building new skills and having fun in the kitchen! Bowen has traveled around the world and taught classes in the Midwest and on the West Coast. All classes utilize fresh, seasonal, local, sustainably-produced ingredients wherever possible, supporting Southern Wisconsin's community food system.
