We're partnering with Table Wine to bring you a beautiful summer picnic menu featuring Italian wines! Our menu will be perfect for packed meals al fresco - think Concerts on the Square, day trips to beautiful parks, and all other opportunities to enjoy a meal on a blanket or picnic table.
We'll cook a fresh, summery menu, each course paired with an Italian white or rosé from Table Wine, and when we're done we'll head to Table Wine for a glass of bubbly and a sweet treat.

Bowen Appétit cooking classes are fun, educational, hands-on sessions focused on building new skills and having fun in the kitchen! Bowen has traveled around the world and taught classes in the Midwest and on the West Coast. All classes utilize fresh, seasonal, local, sustainably-produced ingredients wherever possible, supporting Southern Wisconsin's community food system.
