We're partnering with Sitka Salmon Shares and Table Wine to bring you a selection of gorgeous dishes featuring sustainably-caught seafood from Southeastern Alaska, each served with a wine pairing!
Menu is under development and subject to change, but we're thinking:
- An appetizer with raw sockeye
- Pan-roasted salmon fillets (your new go-to technique!)
- Lingcod chowder
- Halibut parchment packets
Bowen Appétit cooking classes are fun, educational, hands-on sessions focused on building new skills and having fun in the kitchen! Bowen has traveled around the world and taught classes in the Midwest and on the West Coast. All classes utilize fresh, seasonal, local, sustainably-produced ingredients wherever possible, supporting Southern Wisconsin's community food system.
